To receive incoming call or message notifications on JusTalk Family, please allow JusTalk Family to run automatically in your phone. When your JusTalk Family is running in the background, the following settings will not affect your device, which means it will not consume more battery or mobile data of your device.

Navigate to your phone’s 設定 app > APP & Notifications > JusTalk 家庭 > 通知

打開 Show notifications, Incoming call, message, ongoing call > Turn off Silent
