If I forget my password, how can I log in or retrieve my account?

If Your Phone Number or Account is Not Linked

1. Your JusTalk ID.
2. The device model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S25 or iPhone 16) and its OS version (e.g., Android 15.0 or iOS 18) where your JusTalk Kids account is logged in.
3. The approximate date when you registered for the app.

 

If Your Phone Number or Account is Linked

1. Select Login
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Select Continue with Email
4. Enter your email address (make sure it’s already linked to your account)
5. You will receive a verification email with a link. Click the link to log in.

3. Click Continue with Google or Apple

2. Click Log in with Phone Number
3. Enter your phone number
4. Click on Forgot Password.
5. Click on Send Code.
6. Enter the code you receive.
7. Set and confirm your new password.
