If Your Phone Number or Account is Not Linked
Please contact us at [email protected] with the following details, and we’ll assist you in resetting your password:

Your JusTalk ID.
 - 
The device model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S25 or iPhone 16) and its OS version (e.g., Android 15.0 or iOS 18) where your JusTalk Kids account is logged in.
 - 
The approximate date when you registered for the app.
 
No matter which method you use, please remember to reset your password and write it down.
If Your Phone Number or Account is Linked
Log in with your email
- 
Select Login
 - 
Click Forgot Password
 - 
Select Continue with Email
 - 
Enter your email address (make sure it’s already linked to your account)
 - 
You will receive a verification email with a link. Click the link to log in.
 
Log in with your social media account (make sure it’s already linked to your Google or Apple account)

Select Login
 - 
Click Forgot Password
 - 
Click Continue with Google or Apple
 
Log in with your phone number (make sure it’s already linked to your account)

Select Login
 - 
Click Log in with Phone Number
 - 
Enter your phone number
 - 
Click on Forgot Password.
 - 
Click on Send Code.
 - 
Enter the code you receive.
 - 
Set and confirm your new password.
