Preparation
Child Side
The child must use the JusTalk Kids app and connect to TalkiePods. Once paired and bound, TalkiePods usage will be recorded in JusTalk Kids.
Parent Side
Parents need to download JusTalk or JusTalk Family. Use a JusTalk account to become the child’s Parent Account. After subscribing to Platinum Membership, parental control features are unlocked.
Step-by-Step Guide for Setting Up Parental Control
For Child
Step 1
Open JusTalk Kids → go to TalkiePods (or Devices/Accessories).
Step 2
Tap “+” → app starts paring flow.
(For iOS:If Bluetooth not paired at OS level, you need to turn on Bluetooth and pair TalkiePods in Setting.)
Step 3
After pairing, JusTalk Kids generates a Parent-Add QR code on screen.
Step 4
Keep QR visible until parent scans or timeout.
For Parent
Step 1
Parent opens JusTalk(JusTalk Family)→ go to Scan QR (log in/register if needed).
Step 2
Scan the QR shown on the kid’s device with QR scanner.
Step 3
Follow the steps displayed on the interface.
Step 4
In the TalkiePods management interface, turn on Parental Control
（Confirm that your account has obtained Platinum Family and has become a parent account）
Feature Overview
Daily Usage Time
Set a maximum daily usage time (e.g., 30 mins, 1 hour).
When time runs out, TalkiePods will automatically stop playing.
Hearing Protection Mode
Choose safe volume levels: Toddler Soft Mode（Max 75dB）/ Daily Routine Mode（Max 85dB）/ Temporary Boost Mode（Max 94dB）.
Enable Temporary Boost Mode (max volume for 15 minutes, then auto-reverts).
Activity Monitoring
View how long your child has used the earbuds today.

Make sure JusTalk Kids is running in the background so TalkiePods work smoothly.
On Android, keep the background notification enabled.
