Here’s a quick guide to help you request a refund for your JusTalk subscription, whether it was an accidental purchase, duplicate charge, or other issue.

Note :You will still get charged if you only delete your account or uninstall the app instead of canceling the subscription.
For iOS Users (Apple ID Subscription)
If you subscribed to JusTalk & kids Premium using your Apple ID,refunds are handled by Apple, not JusTalk. To request a refund from Apple, please go here or follow the steps below:

Go to iTunes on a computer

Click on your Apple ID

Select Purchase History

Find the transaction and tap Report Problem
Kind reminder:Apple reviews refund requests and decides whether to approve them. JusTalk cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through Apple.
For Android Users (Google Play Subscription)
